Hey all!

Yeah, I know it's not breaking news or anything....

But I put in a small parts order with EGRMart and the tidbits finally came in.

I had purchased the Atomic 'MR-03 Front Upper Suspension Brace' Wide & Narrow versions awhile back and I have no qualms with it at all!

The issue I had was with the Atomic 'MR-03 Reinforced Fast Set Up Lower Arm'
Now, it came with both of the Wide & Narrow Pieces which was nice, but what wasn't so nice was the fact that the part where the Kingpin pops in busted on 2-3 separate sets either on the first time when installing or during races etc. & @ $8 a pop, it wasn't a cheap option either.
Not to mention it left me stranded & unable to race!!!

While I was on EGR's site, I found they were hocking off two seperate items that I took some notice in.

They are aluminum Lower Arms for the Atomic Fast Setup kit.
They are made by Ximpact and come in black or Blue. I took the blacks.
They were also $8 bux, but, they hopefully won't break like the plastic counterparts they were made to replace.

I nabbed the Wide & Narrow versions as well.

Here is the wide part installed.
You'll noctice the one difference was that they came with plastic balls in them & I didn't play around with them, but it didn't look like I was gunna be able to install my kingpins properly in them the normal way.

I also picked up two sets of the Atomic 'Carbonaceous Front Suspension Arm'

I basically flipped the kingpins around in the new arms which I have read is a better setup and tossed in a few more shims to get a nice & low profile.
I have to say, it seems to have more motion in it now and looks to me to be a bit lower too!

And here's the Bottom View: (See, the Kingpins are upside down!)

I also got the Atomic 'Mini-Z Body Holder Protection Plate'
I'm still iffy about it as the install screws barely get into the chassis to secure it, but thought I'd try it as I have busted the front plastic body holder clip before.
Maybe it'll help.

We'll see!

AQnyhoo, that's all for now!

Q's & C's welcome!

See ya at the track on Sunday!!!
