Count me in. I've marked it on the calendar so my wife knows I'll be gone all day. I only live a few blocks away so I can come early to help setup too.
I'll put that on my calendar and needs some parts for mr 03

I should also be able to make it!
I'll bring along my extra track etc and try to have a few good layouts for us to pick out from.
See ya there!

I dunno about y'all, but I'm getting stoked about the upcoming meet!
I just need to finally get some time to pay some much needed attention for upkeep on my cars.
Does anyone else wanna take a stab at a track layout?
I have the proper tile count for all the pieces we own & a pretty good program to use for the layout.
Lemme know via PM and I'll send ya the program & give ya a quick tutorial.
I'm working on one for the upcoming meet & plan on getting room dimensions so we can fill it up for next time. =)

Well, I took another stab at it...
this one won't be very fast, but it will put our steering & suspension to the test.
What y'all think for the upcoming GTG?
Less y'all put something else together that is...

In my humble opinion - I LIKE IT!
There will be some speed and lotsa corners. I really like the bottom group of 180' corners with the single tile one (with bumps) in the middle.
Can't wait.
Body mount reinforcements in progress!

I am going to try and make it out. is it just mini z's or would there be a possibility of running those losi rally cars? I want to buy one and get a couple buds to get them as well. I am heading to the island saturday for a 5th scale offroad thing (grand opening track), but coming back saturday night

I believe others have those smaller Losi's as well.
Sure, bring it on out!
We don't just race. There is also lots of open time for just running around the track etc...
Hopefully see ya there!

It was good to get out of the house. Would have been better if I could have at least laid down a lap. Oh well I will get everything ready for the next time out.

It was asked of me if we will be having the GTG's every 2 weeks like lat year.
What do you all think?
I know I said monthly.
Is every 2 weeks too often, or just right?
I think the first few will be monthly until we get a core group together and then we can probably start doing every two weeks again.
Lemme know what you think!

I 'll vote for every 2 weeks. I like my cars running instead of collecting dust on the shelf.

When is the next date for the track? I am busy the first 2 weekends in Nov. I am really hoping its one of the other weekends.

Every two weeks works for me - I'd like to get as much "track time" as possible.
bring it on, when will be the next then?

I think most of us agree.....The more track time the better. I can't get better on the track by racing around the house with my kids so I guess it's up to the keepers of the track to decide how often they want to bring out their track.

It's looking like the next one will be around Nov. 21 as most people are busy the weekend before.
So keep your tentative calendars open! ;)
