so i ordered this chassis and motor that was supposed to be comeing with a fj40 hard body..well now no hard body..only tamiya lexan which i think will make it difficult to do a nice opening hood..i guess anything is doable
about the chassis and motor the chassis is a scale replica of an fj40 with a 10 1/2" wb and the engine which is a v8 houses your motor and tranny built right in..very cool piece..a bit out of scale though for the chassis, they are rc4wd pieces designed by fracture..i have a series 3 hard landy body that might be cool..not the most detailed body and not the fj body that matches the chassis..but the wb is the same, and the motor ends at about where the firewall would be..lol..thats half the battle..i might even use the motor in something else..not sure what to do..lol
