Vote for the next track layout

For the next race Sunday Feb 7th how about we vote on what track layout to go with?

Then tell us what track you would like to try out!

My vote is for a bit of a faster track this week.
Then maybe next time something with lots of twists and turns, see if we can break our steering knobs off. ;)

Maybe I'll even submit my own tracks too. =)

How's about something like:
3-34, 3-37 or 3-40 (In no particular order of preference)
[I'd say move the start line all the way back on 3-40]

I dunno, they all look like fun to me! I like the helmet shaped one though and the fish shaped one.

Here's one I just tossed together. It's my first attempt, not sure what ya'll think..

That track is awesome, What I notice are those bumps. those might need to modify somewhere. Accident might occur again and end up broken body :).

Not too mess you up, but to help you learn how to avoid & become a better driver.

I'm just guessing at their best placement.
We could also take out the straight in the little curve thingy on the left and elongate the straights on the right. What ever

I have a program now to make layouts so when I have the time, I'll put some together and place um up in my album for all to see and use to vote on etc.

If you want a copy, lemme know. I've modified it to make the tiles match up better and include a border for easier setup. =)

I hate bumps anywhere in the straight.. leave them for the corners! I agree....

I was iffy about being able to go this week as I had triple booked myself, but it seems I've rescheduled some things and I'll be there this week!

I like the track with lots of turn (top to the right),those track are more exciting to become a good racer:). but sorry I cant come this coming Sunday. we have a plan to go somewhere, its nice outside though. Its family day and I have to make-up for wife that I miss last Valentines day.

Too bad turnout was a bit lower. Hopefully more can make it out in two weeks!

I understand attendance may start to dwindle as the weather is getting better and the Olympics are in town etc.

But hopefully in two weeks time, more will be able to make it out.

What track layout did you guys used last race? I like anything, it doesn't matter with me what track is it. those 2 track are good man, Rfick73 I will take over your position remember that?:D LOL

As for taking my spot away from me, BRING IT ON!

I got all my cars broken parts replaced and upgraded.
It may drive a bit different so you have a chance.
So long as I can get used to it quickly & my tire foam doesn't rip off the tires again, or the body clip doesn't get shattered or I brake a front suspension mount...
(Last weeks list of broken/bent parts goes on...)
Last time was a folly of accidents and issues with my cars. I didn't finish 1 race.
Heck, I didn;t even do more than a few laps on one single race!

But this time!? Oh baby! I'm ready!!!

I think swapping between slow & fast and back and forth is a good idea.

Well, I'm hoping perhaps the next 2nd Sunday, so say April 4th?

We'll have to make sure we can rent the room & that Brian or Joseph will lend us the track again.

Brian was saying that the offroad season is starting up pretty quickly.
So that is why this last one may have been our last run.

Hence why I am wanting to get the mall outting put together.

See if we can drum up some people that are interested in coming out during the "off" season & just to add more racers. =)

I believe we were pushing to have another one on April 18th if Brian & Joseph are available.

Also trying to narrow down a date for the Mall Display setup.

I'll be popping by CRC sometime soon to talk to Brian & Joseph about both things.

Guys,

I am really sorry, but I've been so busy these last few days+ that I didn't even realize that Sunday was so close.
I had not nor have I still had time to talk with Brian & Joseh about a race this Sunday.
At the moment, I am on-call for work and I havn't gotten any sleep in the last 2 days with a bunch of issues for work that I've had to deal with.
If I went out tomorrow could get a call at any time and that would just mean I have to run home to deal with the issue.

I am really sorry about not being able to organize something for this Sunday. That isn't to say, someone else can't contact Brian & Joseph to work something out.
Just post it up if anything is setup.

I could get behind setting something up for April 25th if nothing else is happening that day.

I will be going in to talk to Brian if I can tear myself away from work long enough today about the Mall setup as well.
I havn't heard back from anyone on that either so I am unsure as to what date works better for everyone.

I will let you all know the outcome as soon as I can.
