Rebuilding battery packs

I have two 7-cell NMH packs that are the wrong configuration for my car. Do you rebuild battery packs or possibly know where I can get them rebuilt? My car is a Rustler XL5 and the packs are all side-by-side. I need them to be a hump-back.
