View Full Version : Mini-Z get together in Surrey

One of our customers has secured a space for us next Sunday December 6th. :)

The location is 152 and 100 just a stones throw from the shop!

Doors should be open by 10am and we expect to run until around 3pm or so.

The cost will be just $5.00 a person to cover rental fees.

There will be a TrackMate Iridium Lap Counter system but we are not expecting to run formal races this time around. If there is an interest then we can rent the space again and setup a few classes to race in.

Some tables and chairs should be there, but if you have your own you can bring them out.

Sweet. I'll see if I can get out. I have lots of plans for that day but I'll try to pop by! =)

Will it be easy to find? Is it like right on the corner? Or inside a complex or something?

14925 100 Ave / Forest Manor
parking on side as soon as you turnin off 100 Ave or a little further and turn right for some more spots.

Head towards the office sign and we will be in the stand alone building

Ok... This rental fee... Is that for use of facility or can/does that include the use of a car, too? I don't have a Mini-Z, X-Mod or iWaiver... But I would like to come play some...

If that DON'T include a car, anyone got one they can borrow for a bit?

we should have a couple spare cars to lend out

the rental fee is to cover the cost of the space

Wow that a riot that was... Just a shade on the COLD side..;) Thanks for the use of the car, Brian and also to Bernie for helping in keeping it going...;)

We have a blast (me and my son) defenitely we will coming next race. I have a couple of picture that's on the camera. I'll post the picture soon. thanks brian and joseph :)

I tried making it out.

I wasn't able to leave until 2pm, but it was a 40 min walk away according to google maps.
I didn't wanna walk for an hour and a half with my daughter and no money to pay to get in when I thought I remembered something about it winding down around 3pm or so.

I hope I can make it next time. Keep it on Sundays as that's my only day off.

Post those pix & vidz!!!

It was almost colder inside than out!
